Slow, gentle flow. Build strength, increase flexibility and improve your balance in this slower paced class. This class is perfect for a beginner looking to dip their toes into yoga or an experienced yogi looking to slow things down. All levels welcome. 99 degrees, ~45% humidity.


A TWIST on a traditional yoga class. What to expect from this class: A yoga flow with some added strength training (no weights…just your body weight!), a fun cardio sequence and a great playlist. This class is all about having FUN and is open to all levels.

Note: While this class isn’t heated, the room will be WARM (about 85 degrees) due to residual heat from the previous class. You will most certainly work up a serious sweat!


Yin+Guided Meditation. This class consists of 60 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation. In Yin, we go sloooooooowwwww with floor poses that are held for longer periods of timeā€”up to 5 minutes. This is yoga for the connective tissue, not the muscles. This is the perfect way to end your day and enter a state of complete relaxation.

Note:This class is not heated, but there will be some residual heat from the prior class.
